02

Accepting These Terms

These terms apply to everyone who browses this website, contacts us or books an appointment. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle your personal information.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or book an appointment with us.

03

Using Our Website

This website gives general information about Clinic 360, our clinicians, the conditions we help with, our services and our prices. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times. We may update, change or remove content without notice.

We will do our best to keep the website available, but we are not responsible if it is unavailable for any period, for example during maintenance.

04

Medical Information Disclaimer

The information on this website, including our blog and condition pages, is for general information only. It is not a substitute for a consultation, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified clinician who has assessed you.

Please do not rely on website content to make decisions about your health. If you have concerns about a symptom or condition, book an appointment with us or speak to your NHS GP.

05

Emergencies

Clinic 360 does not provide emergency or urgent care. Please do not use our website, email or contact form for urgent medical needs.

06

Booking Appointments

You do not need a GP referral to book with us. You can book online through our website or by contacting our admin team by phone or email. Appointments are subject to availability, and a booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

When you book, our admin team may ask about the reason for your visit so we can place you in the most appropriate clinic. You do not have to share details you would prefer to discuss only with your clinician. Please give accurate contact and health information so we can care for you safely.

We may decline or rearrange a booking if the service is not clinically suitable for you, or if a clinician becomes unavailable. If we need to change your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative.

07

Who We Can See

  • Dermatology and General Practice: adults and children.
  • Musculoskeletal (MSK) services, including injections: adults aged 18 and over only.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be asked to give consent on their behalf. If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, please contact us before booking.

08

Fees and Payment

Our current fees are shown on our Prices page. Where a fee includes the initial assessment, this is stated beside the price. The fee that applies is the one shown at the time you book.

Payment is taken on the day of your appointment. We accept all payment methods except American Express. If further tests, treatment or follow-up appointments are recommended, your clinician will explain any additional costs before they go ahead.

We review our prices from time to time. Any change will not affect appointments that are already booked.

09

Health Insurance

Some of our services may be covered by private health insurance. It is your responsibility to check your cover with your insurer and obtain any pre-authorisation code before your appointment.

We do not usually invoice insurers directly. You will pay us and can then claim back from your insurer. On occasion we may be able to bill your insurer directly, so please contact us before your appointment if you would like to ask. If your insurer does not pay all or part of your fees, you remain responsible for paying the balance.

If you have any questions about using your health insurance with us, please contact us on 0113 286 0316 or at info@clinic360.co.uk before your appointment.

10

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 48 hours' notice by calling 0113 286 0316 or emailing info@clinic360.co.uk, so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

  • Cancellations with 48 hours' notice or more: no charge, as payment is taken on the day of your appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: we do not currently charge for late cancellations.
  • Missed appointments without notice: we do not currently charge for missed appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptional circumstances fairly. If you arrive late, we will try to see you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked.

If you booked online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking. By booking an appointment that takes place within those 14 days, you ask us to begin the service within that period, and the cancellation terms above apply.

12

Prescriptions, Tests and Referrals

Where clinically appropriate, our doctors can issue private prescriptions, which you can take to a pharmacy of your choice. The cost of prescribed medication is not included in our consultation fees.

If further tests, imaging or a specialist opinion are needed, your clinician will explain the next steps and help coordinate your care. Tests or treatment from third-party providers may carry their own fees.

13

Your Records and Your NHS GP

After your appointment, we will send a clinical letter to your NHS GP or referring clinician setting out your diagnosis, any treatment you received and any ongoing management plan. A copy of your clinical notes will be sent to you securely by email.

We keep all medical records confidential and handle your information in line with UK data protection law. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

14

Our website may link to other websites, such as orthopaedic partners, online booking or payment providers, and NHS resources. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them is at your own discretion.

18

Feedback and Complaints

We welcome your feedback. If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please contact Joshua Wheatley, Managing Director, on 0113 286 0316 or at info@clinic360.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond in full within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can share your experience with the Care Quality Commission.

19

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

20

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, fees or the law. The latest version will always be on this page, with the version date shown at the top. The terms in place at the time you book will apply to that appointment.
