Clinic 360 provides a wide range of private medical services, including specialist MSK consultations, private GP services, dermatology services including minor surgery and specialist menopause clinics. Our services are designed to offer fast access to specialist care.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required. You can book an appointment directly with our admin team for any of our medical services, making access to our care quick and convenient.

Are your doctors fully qualified and registered?

Yes. All our doctors and healthcare professionals are fully qualified, experienced and registered with the appropriate UK medical/allied health bodies, ensuring safe and professional care at all times.

How do I book a medical appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting the clinic directly. Simply choose the service you need, select a suitable time, and confirm your booking.

Can I get same-day or urgent appointments?

Yes. We always aim to see patients as quickly as possible. We can usually offer an appointment within the week but often sooner subject to availability.

Do you offer private GP appointments?

Yes. Clinic 360 offers private GP appointments for general health concerns, ongoing conditions, medical advice, and follow‑up care, with longer consultation times available compared to NHS appointments.

Do you offer minor surgery?

Yes. You will need to see our consultant dermatologist initially for a diagnosis. If appropriate for minor surgery you will be booked into this clinic for the procedure.

Are your services suitable for both adults and children?

Our dermatology and general practice clinics offer services for both adults and children. Our MSK services only consult patients aged 18 or older. Please contact us if you need clarification on anything specifically.

Will my medical information be kept confidential?

Absolutely. Patient confidentiality is a priority at Clinic 360. All medical records and personal information are handled securely and in line with UK data protection regulations.

Can I get prescriptions during my consultation?

If clinically appropriate, our doctors can issue private prescriptions during your consultation. These can be taken to a pharmacy of your choice.

Do you accept health insurance?

Some services may be covered by private health insurance providers. We recommend checking with your insurer or contacting our team before your appointment for confirmation.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring any relevant medical records, previous imaging results and current prescription list to help us provide the best possible care.

What happens if I need further tests or specialist care?

If additional tests, scans, or specialist referrals are required, our doctors will guide you through the next steps and help coordinate your ongoing care.

My problem is personal and I only want to tell the clinician I am seeing.

We understand that there can be sensitive topics around your health. Our admin team will ask the nature of your problem, but if you prefer not to say, then this is absolutely fine. We just need to make sure you are booked into the most appropriate clinic for your need. Every employee at Clinic 360 adheres to our strict confidentially policy.

Will you inform my NHS GP?

Yes. All of our services/clinicians will write a clinical letter to your NHS GP/referring clinician advising of your diagnosis, any treatment you may have had with us and any ongoing management plans.

Will I get a copy of my clinical notes?

Yes, absolutely, this will be forwarded via secure email to you following your consultation.
